1st Grade PLC Vision

The focus of the 1st grade PLC is on student achievement. Our mission as a team during PLC meetings is to analyze data so we are able to initiate student growth goals that will be individual to their learning needs.  We will share ideas that will benefit students.  We will also analyze lesson plans to determine if we are including student targets, activities, remediation, enrichment, and are checking for understanding.  As a team we will also work together to construct common assessments that will enable us to determine next steps.
